Homes for NDIS Participants Ineligible for SDA or Awaiting SDA Approval

Yaran has a unique initiative to provide a home to those who are ineligible for SDA or awaiting SDA Approval, with key features as per below:

Rent is set at 30% of the Disability Support Pension (DSP) plus Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA); Rent is supplemented through a rental subsidy arrangement with our panel of Support Provider companies; Choice and control is given to the Participant to choose their Support Provider; High quality new fit-for-purpose independent accommodation (not sharing) in desirable locations; NDIS Participants must meet the following criteria: Have approved, or likely to get approval through Change of Circumstances, at least 6 hours of paid supports per day; Not have any history of Behaviours of Concern which could affect the neighbours.
