Small Developments in Blue Chip Perth suburbs such as Applecross, Attadale and Palmyra
2004 - Large Scale Affordable Housing
Yaran began extensively developing quality affordable house and land packages in the Perth metro area.
2009 - State Housing Stimulus Program
Yaran develops 100 ‘fit for purpose’ homes for the Western Australian Government Housing Initiatives.
2010 - National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS)
Yaran delivered 332 homes in the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) across Perth metro and regional WA. This initiative was aimed at providing affordable rental properties for key workers and low to middle income earners.
2014-2017 - Apartments & Landed
Yaran develops a mixture of apartments & landed projects in central locations and begins branching into growing a ‘build to rent’ portfolio.
2018 to Present - Built to Rent & Rental Affordability Programs
Yaran has grown its ‘build to rent’ portfolio to 180 properties across the Perth metro area and develops a privately funded, affordable ‘build to rent’ housing model.
